Agreement
CONTRACT PROCESS
Once we’ve agreed on the project scope and deliverables, we’ll provide a detailed contract outlining our commitments, project timeline, and terms of payment. We encourage our clients to read the contract carefully and raise any questions they might have before signing.
We understand that project needs can evolve over time. If modifications are needed, we’re open to revising the terms of the contract. Any changes will be documented in a contract amendment to ensure transparency.
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to terminate the contract before the project is completed, the terms of termination, including any fees or notice period, will be outlined in our initial agreement.
We take confidentiality very seriously at Nebula. We are open to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before starting a project and our contracts typically include a confidentiality clause to protect your business information.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
Our pricing is tailored to each project, considering factors like the scope of work, project complexity, and timeline. During our initial discussions, we will provide an estimate and clarify how our fees are structured.
Our payment terms are outlined in our contract. Typically, we require a percentage of the project cost upfront, with the remainder due upon project completion. However, we can discuss a payment plan that suits your financial situation.
At Nebula, we believe in transparency. All potential costs will be discussed upfront and included in our quote. Any changes to the project that could result in additional costs will be discussed with you in advance.
We accept a variety of payment methods, including bank transfer, credit card, and digital payment services. Specific details can be provided based on your location and preference.

Timing
PROJECT TIMELINE AND DEADLINES
The timeline varies depending on the project’s scope and complexity. After our initial consultation, we will provide an estimated timeline, including key milestones and deadlines.
We take deadlines very seriously at Nebula. If, for any reason, we foresee a delay, we communicate this proactively to our clients with an updated timeline. We’ll always work hard to keep projects on track and minimise any potential delays.
We recommend getting in touch as early as possible, as our availability can vary. However, we always strive to accommodate our clients’ needs and will do our best to work with your timeline.
We understand sometimes projects have tight deadlines. While we strive to accommodate these, it depends on our current workload. Expedited timelines may incur additional costs to cover overtime work.

COMMUNICATION AND UPDATES
We believe in transparent and regular communication. Our clients typically receive weekly updates, but the frequency can be adjusted based on your preferences. These updates will provide a snapshot of the progress made, upcoming tasks, and any important issues or changes.
Absolutely! We’re here to alleviate any concerns and answer questions you might have throughout the project. We strive to be responsive and maintain open lines of communication.
You will be assigned a dedicated project manager who will be your primary point of contact. They will keep you updated on progress, answer your queries, and relay any important information between you and the team.
We use a variety of platforms for project management and communication, such as Slack, Asana, and Trello. The choice of platform can be tailored to your preference and comfort.
